In February 2014 Istituto Compresivo n. 3 (a group of schools having their seats in Imola, Mordano and Bubano) hosted the fifth project teachers’ session. The representatives of the partner institutions taking part in the event made the evaluation of the task concerning healthy and tasty food as well as worked out the plan of a booklet (the project’s final product) with a collection of tips for a “healthy school”.

The hosts of the meeting provided a good many
opportunities for the teachers from abroad to become familiar with the characteristics of
Italy’s educational system (visits to primary, secondary and high schools, monitoring
classes, watching the pupils’ performances, a meeting with the representatives
of the municipal body managing the local education, participating in the
pupils’ council conference) as well as some aspects of the cultural heritage
of Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany (guided
tours around Imola, Bologna and Florence).
