“How healthy is
your lifestyle?” questionnaire was worked out by the community of Werbellinsee-Grundschule
from Berlin. In Szkoła
Podstawowa nr 2 w Leżajsku (Leżajsk Primary School No. 2) 86 pupils aged 10-12 filled
in the questionnaire letting their teachers know that they lead a healthy lifestyle. Anyway, during classes the
results of the survey were a topic for discussion on how to change some habits
for the better.
